Triage a stress brain dump into urgent, delegate, and let go

Everything stressing you out at once feels equally urgent, and almost never is.

Use it for
Anyone with a head full of stressors who needs them sorted into what actually needs action.

A mental pile of things you're stressed about feels uniformly urgent precisely because it hasn't been sorted — anxiety doesn't naturally differentiate between something that needs your action today, something someone else could handle, and something that's actually outside your control entirely. This prompt takes the unsorted dump and categorizes it honestly, which is often what shrinks it.

When not to use this

If you already have a clear, sorted list and just need to act on it, this triage step is redundant — this is for the state where everything's still tangled together.

Did this work?

You have a shorter, honest list of what actually needs your action, with everything else clearly sorted into delegate or let go — not everything still sitting in one undifferentiated pile of worry.

Tested on claude-opus-5. Evidence status is draft; it moves to battle-tested only on recorded runs, never by hand.
